Oregon Protection from Pesticides Poster

The Worker Protection Standard was written to protect agricultural workers from the risk of pesticide poisoning and pesticide handling. Oregon OSHA adopts and enforces the Worker Protection Standard and mandates the display of a notice in a conspicuous location where it can be viewed by employees.

The Oregon Protection from Pesticides notice is mandated for employers of agricultural workers (classed as workers involved in the production of agricultural plants(s) and pesticide handlers (workers who mix, load or apply crop pesticides) or those who work on farms, in forests, nurseries or greenhouses.
