Oregon Field Sanitation Notice Poster

Employers operating in the agricultural industry defined as the preparation, pruning, planting, harvesting, packing or other types of hands on work with crops in the field, and where those crops are for human consumption, are required to display a notice issued by the Oregon OSHA, defining the rights of workers to adequate field sanitization.

The Oregon Field Sanitization Notice describes the following:

• Employer obligation to provide safe drinking water, toilet and handwashing facilities, the location of aforementioned facilities and information on the importance of staying hydrated and of good hygiene.
• Phone number for issuing a complaint in the event of a violation
